Soulletting Group Workshops
Soulletting Group Workshops
Soulletting® group workshops are immersive, themed experiences rooted in the eight stages of the Soulletting® . Each workshop helps you listen into what is living in your body and bring it forward to be felt, seen, heard, and expressed.
At its heart, each workshop is designed to reconnect you with your Vital Spark and Holy + Wild Self.
Whether you are a writer, a performer, or navigating through loss, or a life transition, this practice serves as a creative doula—supporting you as you bring an idea, a dream, an intention, an inquiry, or a performance piece from the depths of your body into the light of the world.
No prior experience is necessary. What matters is presence, curiosity, and a willingness to let the body speak.
Together, we:
Deepen the Power of your Presence
Cultivate Body and Spacial Awareness
Return to Ritual as a Resource
Mine the Creative Wisdom Within
Unleash Wild and Soulful Expression in Community
Who You Are Is Welcome Here
These gatherings are not just about the individual journey—they are about community. In times that can feel isolating or lonely, Soulletting® becomes a bridge: a space to gather—BE BOTH HOLY + WILD™.
Upcoming Workshops
A deep dive immersion using
movement, expressive writing, and ritual art.
Two Sundays, Feb 15, and 22, 2026
1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m
You are welcome to attend one — and invited to attend both.
Feb 15 | Waking the Bones
A 3-hour journey into presence
An invitation to slow down, settle into your body, and listen for the life already living in you.
This workshop centers on grounding, breath, and sensate awareness — arriving fully in the body as a doorway to presence.
Movement, ritual, and expressive writing are used to listen inward and give language to what is waking beneath the surface.
Feb 22 | Waking Wild Expression
A 3-hour expansion into creative liberation
We move from internal noticing into external expression.
This workshop focuses on wld expression and creative power.
Movement, ritual, and visual art-making are used to express what is ready to rise and be seen.
You are not required to attend both days, but encouraged to if you can.
An invitation
To slow down.
To notice.
To listen for what is already living in you.
To feel.
To create.
To express.
To move with what is ready to be released—
and open to what is calling you forward.
BOTH HOLY + WILD™
What We’ll Work With
Across both gatherings, we explore what longs to rise and what is ready to be released through:
Ritual to awaken the senses
Movement to listen to the body
Writing and art to give form to what’s emerging
Gathering in a sacred circle of women for witnessing and reflection
This is a soulful sanctuary where you can safely explore your edges, and tend and reconnect with the pulse of life within you — in a welcoming, non-judgmental community of women.
While the focus of this work is process, there may be an optional opportunity to share small excerpts of this work with a live audience in March.

“The connection I built with one person in Valerie’s workshop and in such a short period of time felt stronger than some friendships I have. When we were finally finished my partner and I just looked at each other and tears begin to flow for both of us. The flood of emotions was overwhelming. I don’t know if I could imagine what my life might be like if I allowed myself to become vulnerable like that in theatre or in life... but I am now willing to try.”
