Theatre for the Soul

Soulletting is a way of living.

It is a holy + wild practice that informs the way we move through the world, rooted in the intentional act of bringing presence and awareness to what is true. It is a commitment to creating the time and space to listen, to tend, and to wake up to and express what the soul craves here on earth.

In a world that demands constant production and doing, Soulletting is an invitation to drop into the heart. It is the radical act of:

  • Tending to the small

  • Slowing down to hear the call of nature—both the world around us and the spirit within.

  • Returning to the body to remember the deep wisdom it holds.

This practice is not about "fixing" ourselves; it is about returning. Soulletting is not about forgetting; it is about remembering.

Soulletting invites you to dive into the depths of your body and heart to find expressions for your creativity, your aliveness, and your holy + wild Self.

My hope is what begins in the studio as a practice, eventually carries over into the very fabric of how you live your life.

The Soulletting Method

Presence over Performance. Process over Product.

Soulletting is a ritual arts and movement practice for women, born from the belief that our stories are meant to be seen, felt, moved, and set free. This method is a reclamation of the self—a sanctuary where we move past the need to be "good" and instead focus on being true.

Our Core Values

The Heart of the Work

  • Kindness as Practice: We practice kindness towards ourselves and others.

  • Radical Presence: We work from presence, not performance.

  • Seeking Truth: We commit to seeking truth in our work.

The Mindset of Discovery

  • The Trinity of Curiosity: We practice permission, curiosity, and non-judgment towards ourselves, each other, the space, and the work created.

  • Welcoming the Messy: We welcome in our receptivity, wildness, vulnerability—and our messiness.

  • Integration of All: We work with everything as Energy—whether Shadow or Light—so that both can be explored, embodied, and expressed.

The Body as Guide

  • Innate Impulse: We listen to our body; we follow its impulse to lead our movement and artmaking.

  • Internal Inspiration: We allow inspiration from within to affect our movement.

  • Honoring the Edge: We explore our edges, but we resource ourselves if the edge is too far.

  • Deep Connection: During our movement, we may slow the pace down, but we stay connected.

The Sacred Container

  • Contemplative Silence: During our movement and contemplative artmaking, aside from vocal release, we do not talk unless guided or prompted.

  • The Mystery: We allow the possibility of Mystery or Spirit to work with and through us.
